Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Okay whos the player who you want to start but everyone else don't think he will?
For me it's Hamza Abdullah I really think even if he doesn't start this year that he'll be the one who takes over for John Lynch.
I am rooting and praying for Jay Cutler. Can you even imagine the pressure he is under! To be a starting QB in Denver! They even knew what kind of candy Elway was giving out at Halloween!
I would also love to see Al Wilson - Healthy and back on the field, Rod Smith!
Godspeed Cutler, AL Wilson, Rod Smith and all Denver!
---------------------------------------------- I work at Vanderbilt University
Where Jay Graduated!
I tell you I love Elway! He was my hero growing up. I loved the way he threw the ball with velocity! I love that in a QB. This is why I am a Cutlerfan!!
I want them all to do well but I hope Javon bounces back from you know what.
Injury, terrible quarterbacks and idiots with guns have stopped him reaching his full potential. If he can get back into swing, stay healthy then I am sure he will do amazingly well. As soon as Cutler starts to break out everyone will realize how top class Javon Walker is. If you look at his pro bowl season that's just an indication of what is to come from him, just wait and see. He'll be up there with the big boys in terms of top NFL receivers.
There is a lot of talk of him being the number 2 guy already but I would like for Marshall to improve on what he was doing last year. He showed that he had real good size and speed last season as well as showing that he can make the tough catch. If he continues to improve on what he did last season, with Walker on the team, I think we can have one of the best 1-2 receiver units within the next couple of years.
im really rooting for charlie but hes on the texans
broncos wise:
Marcus Thomas-i think hes gonna use his 2nd chance
Cutler-of course
Selvin Young-sleeper back anything happens to Henry or Bell i think this kid has got something to show
ill think of more those are my 3 main ones
RIP Darrent It's been one year, Gone but never Forgotten.
Scheffler is the guy I'm rooting for. I followed him through college and am hoping that he bounces back from the foot injury. I hope he shows enough in the limited time he may have so we can cut Alexander. I know he's not going to start over Daniel but I feel he will be HUGE in the passing game.
I've always been a fan of his so now I want him to come out in a big way and eliminate the doubts (and doubters). He'll be right in the middle of things, literally, so now's the time.
Cutler and Scheff too, but moreso I would like to see the DL rooks have an impact this year. That can only mean good things if they do, and it will also mean that the FO finally did something right regarding the DL.
GO BRONCOS!!!
oh... and also, Rod, Champ, John, Trainwreck, Ian, Tom, Matt, Erik, Travis, Cecil, Javon, Brandon, Dre, Gerard, Dominique, Jason, Todd, Chris, Chris, Sam, Sam, and anybody else that suits up.
I was debating on answering this because most of you could answer it for me, but I just wanted to add my :2cents: ...
Rooting for Cutler first and foremost.
Then it'd be Lynch, Scheffler, Marshall, Bell, Walker, Bailey and Elam. (Just to say a few.)
