Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

i didnt think he would come here but he is also comeing of a injury and mike s. likes to take a chance on injured players. we filled our need on the d line i know but if someone gets hurt than do we take a look?

That's seems to be hard to answer at this point at least for me. There are to many unknowns. Depending on the severity of his injury he might be on another team before we have severe injury problems. That is if and when we do.
Right now its like we're going to have quite a bit of depth on the roster and I would also not be surprised if we keep at least one defensive lineman on the practice squad.
He might end up in St. Louis. they are in need of dlineman. I dont want him in denver. i think we have a good combo this year. and we dont need a injured player that hasnt played in what two years or so.

You're on safe ground to think he's not coming here. How many defensive tackles are in camp? Right off the top of my head I think of nine of them. Gordon, Burton, Veal, Warren, Adams, Kennedy, McKinley, Thomas and Thomas' team mate at Florida (whatever his name is). More than likely were only going to carry about five maybe six. That's five guys competing for at two positions.
Any way UNC all I can say with some certainty is that I don't think he will be coming here.

I agree, I just cant see Simon in Denver at all and my guess is that he'll remain unsigned for a good while until he can pass a physical.
Someone up top mentioned that he might end up with the Giants, it could happen but thats unlikely being that failed Al Wilson's physical while he still passed Denver's.

That could be, ultimately it doesn't matter what team he tries to sign with he will have pass a team physical one way or the other.
